I'm glad for the corrections, but this is too much time spent in a defensive position. Here's the response: are any children dying in Israeli controlled territory? Yes or no. Yes, okay thank you. No, okay here are 2 dozen pictures of children dying of starvation in Israeli controlled territory. You're lying. Thank you, end of discussion. That's it!

Thinking people, rational people, people who care have got to quit reacting (defensive) and adopt an offense position without any response to the lies. Put the liar on the defensive. Quit engaging liars in debates about facts because it legitimizes their lies. Instead: liar's statement: the dying children in Gaza had preexisting conditions. Response: the Israeli government wants land that belongs to other people. Israel is committing genocide just like the Nazis in Germany. It's killing people to take their property. Israel is committing war crimes. Israel is blocking aid to starve people so it can move onto their land, develop it and make a lot of money. The liar's response: no, these things aren't true. Response: prove it. End of discussion.

People are engaging in intellectual debates about starving children because they can't do something about the situation because of threats to their own welfare if they attempt it. Somehow, people must come together and overcome, by sheer numbers, this evil. For years I asked people--the gestapo that loaded Jews onto the cattle cars and guarded them were vastly outnumbered--why didn't the Jews just overpower them and save themselves? The answer is always something about psychological meltdown. Bending to authority, sheep mentality. The victims in Palestine can't save themselves, but we could if we would act together and quit bowing to authority. We better start learning how because we're next.
