Listened to the podcast. When you turn 18, you’re registered to vote. If you move, your local post office becomes your polling site (100% mail in ballots).

Gerrymandering, eliminate the word. There’s no gerrymandering in VT, only one representative, state wide election. Other states can do the same. If a state is large enough to have five representatives, top five candidates go to Congress in a state wide election. You can’t assume a Democrat state will simply elect all Democrats. In VT, members of Congress are Democrats or Independent (Democratic Socialist) and our very popular governor is Republican. People will and do split their vote.
